Delivery Information

UK Delivery
Free UK delivery is available for orders over £20. For orders under £20, we charge £1.50 for delivery.

Next Working Day Delivery
Place an order before specific cut-off times (Monday- Thursday) to receive it on the very next working day.

The cut off time is 1pm. If you place an order before 1pm (Mon-Thurs), you will receive it the next working day.

Any order placed after 1pm Thurs-Sunday, will be delivered on Tuesday.

Your order will be shipped via Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. This shipping method requires a signature on delivery so please ensure someone will be at the delivery address. 

International Delivery
We offer a flat shipping rate of £5.00 for all orders outside the UK.

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mudita Bracelets is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Dispatch Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email within 24 hours and offer you either a full refund or allow you to exchange your order for any other available product to the same value.

Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address, making sure that the post code or zip code is correct. We are unable to change the delivery address once your order has been dispatched.

UK Orders
Orders shipped via next day delivery are processed the same day, delivery is guaranteed for the next working day.*

*Depending on when the order is placed (see above for cut off times).

All other orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class. Orders are usually processed the same or next day. Please allow 3 -5 days from the date of dispatch although most items do arrive within 1-2 days.

International Orders
We ship all international orders via Royal Mail International Standard. Please allow 28 days from the date of dispatch.
